1. Account Registration and Eligibility

  1. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old (meeting the legal age for purchasing alcoholic beverages in Trinidad and Tobago) and provide true, accurate personal information (including name, email, phone number, delivery address, etc.) to complete registration. If a user provides false information leading to account abnormalities, the Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
  2. Registration Process: Click “Register” on the official website, fill in the required information, and verify the phone number/email to create an account. Each user is limited to registering one personal account; bulk registration or using others’ information for registration is prohibited.
  3. Account Types: Personal accounts on the Site are divided into “Regular Users” and “Member Users” (automatically upgraded when cumulative consumption reaches TT$5,000). Members can enjoy exclusive discounts, priority delivery and other benefits, with details subject to the membership policy.

2. Account Information Management

  1. Authenticity of Information: Users must ensure that the name and document information (such as ID/passport for age verification) bound to the account are consistent with reality. If information changes (e.g., phone number, address), users must update it promptly in “Account Settings”. The user shall bear responsibility for issues such as failed order delivery or unpassed verification caused by outdated information.
  2. Privacy Protection: The Site undertakes to strictly keep user account information confidential (see “Privacy Policy” for details), which is only used for order processing, age verification and customer service communication, and will not be disclosed to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations).
  3. Account Security: Users must properly keep account passwords, payment passwords and verification codes, and are prohibited from disclosing them to others. If abnormal login or operation of the account is detected, users should immediately change the password and contact customer service to freeze the account. The Site shall not be liable for losses caused by account theft due to the user’s own reasons.

3. Account Functions and Usage Rules

  1. Core Functions: Personal accounts support order management (inquiry, modification, cancellation), logistics tracking, payment record inquiry, address book management, member points inquiry, after-sales service application and other functions. Users can use these services through the “My Account” page.
  2. Order Modification Restrictions: Within 1 hour after successful order payment, users can modify the delivery address in “My Orders” (only adjustments within the same area are allowed); after 1 hour, users need to contact customer service. If the goods have been shipped, modification may not be possible, with details subject to customer service feedback.
  3. Prohibited Behaviors: It is strictly prohibited to use personal accounts for the following behaviors:
    • Brushing orders, placing fake orders, reselling goods and other behaviors that disrupt platform order;
    • Uploading or spreading illegal, pornographic, violent and other harmful information;
    • Stealing others’ account information or assisting others in using accounts in violation of rules;
    • Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations or the Site’s rules.
       
      Once discovered, the Site has the right to freeze the account, cancel orders and pursue legal liability.

4. Account Cancellation and Data Processing

  1. Cancellation Conditions: Users can apply to cancel their accounts, but must meet the following conditions:
    • No unfinished orders in the account (including pending payment, pending shipment, pending receipt, and after-sales processing orders);
    • No unused coupons, points or balances (must be redeemed or withdrawn before cancellation);
    • No unresolved disputes or violation records.
  2. Cancellation Process: Submit a cancellation application in “Account Settings – Security Center”. The system will review it within 7 working days. After approval, the account will be permanently cancelled and cannot be recovered.
  3. Data Retention: After account cancellation, the Site will retain necessary transaction records (such as order information, payment vouchers) in accordance with legal requirements, but will no longer use them for commercial purposes; user personal information (such as address, contact information) will be deleted within 30 days after cancellation (unless otherwise specified by law).

5. Handling of Abnormal Accounts

  1. Account Freezing: The Site has the right to temporarily freeze an account if it encounters the following situations:
    • Multiple incorrect password entries leading to failed security verification;
    • Complaints about fraud, infringement and other behaviors;
    • The system detects abnormal login (such as login from a different location, frequent device replacement).
       
      Users can lift the freeze through phone number/email verification or by contacting customer service.
  2. Account Banning: For seriously violating users (such as malicious order brushing, selling counterfeit goods, defrauding refunds, etc.), the Site will permanently ban the account, which is not eligible for unblocking, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the user.

6. Policy Modification and Notification

  1. The Site reserves the right to update this policy according to business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations. The revised content will be 公示 in the “Policy Announcement” section of the official website and take effect 7 days after the date of 公示.
  2. Important changes (such as adjustment of account functions, upgrade of security rules) will be notified to users via the email or SMS bound to the account. If users continue to use account services, it will be deemed that they agree to the revised terms.
